Nikki Stephens - A full-time caregiver to her veteran husband John and mother to five children. Manny Garcia - A full-circle humanitarian and Marine Corps veteran. Profiles of three individuals who are integral to this community will be created to further spread awareness about the different faces of mental health care, including: Over the course of the month, Alo Moves and the American Red Cross will reveal video content to raise awareness about the different faces of mental health in the military and tie all stories together in a mission-focused video about the impact of mindfulness. At the core of the initiative, Alo Moves is offering a free one-year membership to American Red Cross Service to the Armed Forces (SAF) members and their family members as an additional wellness resource that can be accessed through the American Red Cross.
